In 1964, the Fab Four, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr – you may know them as the Beatles - starred in a black and white mockumentary called A Hard Day’s Night.
Filmed during the height of Beatlemania, the film describes a couple of days in the lives of the Beatles as they travel from Liverpool to London for a concert. An amazing success, the movie was rated as one of the greatest films of all time, and has influenced cinema and music videos ever since.
This collectors edition blu-ray features a digitally restored soundtrack, interviews with the cast and crew, as well as the reproduction of the screenplay’s first draft, roundtable discussions, and more. Bring home the magic of the Beatles and experience the beginning of Rock and Roll as you’ve never seen or heard before.
